Getting Started
1. Become a Member* Your company may choose to become a member of WELCOA at www.welcoa.org and/or WELCOM at www.wellnesscouncil.org
* You will get a username and password for access to InfoPoint. (InfoPoint is the members-only section of WELCOA website.)
2. Complete the Online Well Workplace Checklist
* This tool assesses how your business is currently doing regarding worksite wellness
* Go to www.welcoa.org, log in to InfoPoint, and click on "Complete Your Checklist Now"
* You will get a report back instantly
3. Attend a Well Workplace University
* Teaches wellness teams how to implement the WELCOA 7 C's Well Workplace model
* This is available through a free online webinar series (four 90-minute sessions)

* Regional trainings will be available in 2008
4. Implement the Well Workplace Model
* See "Well Workplace Award Criteria" handouts that corresponds to large or small businesses
5. Complete the Application to Become a Well Workplace
* Applications can be submitted online at any time but are reviewed after January 1st and July 1st
6. Notification
* WELCOA reviews application and notifies company within 6-8 weeks
