Requirements for all Contractors: 

  • All applicants must be at least 19 years old
  • Proof of citizenship is required 
  • Contractor must fully complete application and provide documentation as required 

Requirements for Contractors on lead abatement properties:

Three Rivers will provide the training required to obtain a lead worker/supervisor license in the state of Nebraska at no charge, as well as provide a stipend for attending training. Workers must agree to complete at least two abatement units with Three Rivers within their first year of licensure, or the stipend and cost of training amount must be repaid.

*‎If you have a criminal conviction, you may submit an application to determine if your conviction(s) would disqualify you from obtaining a license.
