Three Rivers Public Health Department (3RPHD) wants to work with you to make your work environment more supportive of healthy behaviors. Healthy employees are more productive and miss less work due to illness or injury.
What do we offer?
3RPHD offers free Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for businesses and organizations in our district. The online HRAs are customizable to any business large or small. The 10 minute assessment will ask questions about employee’s eating habits, physical activity, tobacco use, and stress. Businesses will then receive an executive report for those who took the HRA.
